Geosis Powertrain Motor ve Kontrol Teknolojileri A.Ş. shares will be traded under the code “GEOSS” on the newly established Venture Capital Market after being issued to qualified investors. An application has been submitted to the Capital Markets Board and Borsa İstanbul for this purpose.

Geosis Powertrain, established in 2015 with 100% Turkish capital, is set to become one of the first companies traded on the Venture Capital Market. Together with its subsidiary, BM Group Ltd, based in Bulgaria, Geosis supplies main components and spare parts for tactical wheeled vehicles used in the industry, while also performing maintenance, repair, and modernization services in line with its goals and quality standards.

Additionally, Geosis Powertrain is developing and localizing the production of foreign-sourced main products and spare parts, bringing new technologies to our country.
